So I have some liquid around my valve covers.  I go to RideNow surprise, give them a second chance.  I talk to the new service manager and he says, "let me have a mechanic look at it".  Ok, no problem.

A short while later, he comes back and says, "You don't have one leak, both your head gaskets are leaking".  We will order the parts and call you when they come in.  Ok, Cool.

About a week later I get a call.  Ok, parts are in, let's get your bike in and get it taken care of.

So I bring in the bike, later that afternoon I get a call to come get my bike.  Cool

I go and I am talking to Ricky Bobby and he tells me that the head gaskets were fine, but we changed the parts anyway.  What is actually happening is you are getting blow back into the BAK under the tank... this is normal. I also notice there are no value cover gaskets and just some coppery sealant instead.  NICE!!!

So Ido some research and see that is a common thing, but not to the degree that the fluid is spraying on the side of the engine so I go back again.

I am now told that the air filter needed to be cleaned every 3k miles.  Well, I get my oil changed every 3k miles. Ricky tells me that this is only done with a "Full/Major Service" I stated that I just had a Full/Major service about a month/less than 500 miles ago.  Ok,maybe it was overlooked by the shop that did this service so I schedule a time to get this cleaned.

Again, I bring the bike into RideNow Surprise and later that afternoon I get a call, pick up the bike, and figure it's all good.

No, still getting all kinds of spray on the left side of the engine.

FUCK IT!!!  FUCK RIDENOW SURPRISE and the lets try this method of motorcycle repair. So I take it to another shop.   I am told that I have a cracked hose.  Hmmmm, this would also explain the strong gas smell in the garage. I am also told that I should have valve gaskets and not just sealant.  Parts on order so hoping this will be finally the last thing before I have a proper working bike.

MAN, if this was NOT warranty work and all this "Trial and Error" was money coming out of my pocket, I guarantee we would be back in court over this. I wonder what the warranty company would think of this method of motorcycle mechanics.

Thanks RideNow Surprise, you once again prove your incompetence and lack of caring for the customer.  Wonder what Bill Nash will have to say when he hears of this.... I know, it's no big deal, you will just be moved to another dealership like before.  But maybe a letter to the warranty company will make for a little stronger punishment... maybe not to you, but to RideNow as a corporation.... and of course, we all know, shit rolls down hill.
